Our comprehensive team development process generates increased trust, competency in building alignment among stakeholders and solving problems collectively. We can support you in building accountability systems into your operations so your team ownership goes up to take some of the burden off you as the team leader.

Below are some of our typical services that get these results, but reach out to customize a team development program that meets your team exactly where it is.

Bringing in an objective, neutral meeting facilitator enables you to get the most out of your talented team and keep your focus where it belongs: on the hard work at hand.

Your team needs to get out of its current contextual setting in order to think bigger. We will help you design your high-stakes time together to make a lasting difference when you get back to the office.

We’ll sit down together in advance and articulate clear results for your team’s precious time together. Then we’ll work with you and the team to make a road map showing exactly how we will achieve those results. This plan will include integrating the results back into your daily work rhythms.

client story: Transforming Eight Successful Leaders into a Senior Leadership Team

Integrative Leadership Strategies Provides White Glove Service for Leadership Team Development

An architecture company founder and director realized that his senior leaders were working closely together, but did not identify as a team.

For many years, the company’s commitment to delivering high quality results that delight customers was enough to achieve business success. However, this approach is not the same as working together towards a shared vision. The director wanted to bring his team together in a way that resulted in a true Senior Leadership Team – one that owned the organization’s path forward because they were a part of determining what it would be.

This client reached out to Liz Myers of Integrative Leadership Strategies for her expertise in developing high performing teams using tools and structure in a clear and authentic way that generates lasting results.

At the outset of the project, Liz met with each senior leader. These conversations were for listening, learning, and building individual rapport. What was motivating each team member? What were they concerned about? Were they skeptical of the process, and if so, what did they need to better understand?
