About Me

I established Integrative Leadership Strategies, LLC in 2006 to leverage my engineering background and passion for helping teams develop their leadership skills and communicate better. I felt a yearning to serve organizations needing lasting leadership development that got real results. 

I have logged hundreds of hours working with individuals and teams from companies such as Jet Propulsion Laboratories, Genentech, HP, SETI, Lockheed Martin, Google, VNUS and Sun Microsystems. I have extensive experience in adult education, team facilitation, and public speaking. 

Before becoming a coach, I was a Project Engineer at Hinman Consulting Engineers, Inc., a highly technical engineering consulting firm, where I worked as a structural engineer as well as with the firm’s recruiting, retention and performance evaluation efforts. 

I have served as President of SF Coaches, a local chartered chapter of the International Coach Federation. I have also served on the leadership team of Business Network International. 

I am native of Upstate New York and I hold a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Cornell University and M.S. in Structural Engineering from Stanford University. I am a graduate of Coach U, the leading global provider of coach training programs. I have received my Associate Certified Coach credential through the International Coach Federation.
