New Seasons, New Chapters: Embracing Change with Gratitude
September is upon us, and as the seasons change and the new school year begins, mornings are soon to be filled with backpacks, carpool routes, and the juggling act of three kids heading to three different schools — each with their own schedules and after-school activities.
This whirlwind of new routines is a reminder of how transitions can bring fresh starts and opportunities to reset, reflect, and embrace what’s ahead. For me, that includes closing my chapter with Integrative Leadership Strategies.
Over the past three years, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside two incredible and inspiring women who have taught me so much about collaboration, transparency, trust, and the power of sharing your passion.
Together, we celebrated wins (both personal and professional), navigated challenges, and created a culture where every voice mattered to the work and to each other. These lessons in teamwork — both the smooth moments and the tough ones — are something I will carry with me as I step into this next season.
Moving forward, my focus will shift more toward my family and the growth of my small boutique business. The flexibility to be present for my children while building something meaningful of my own is an exciting opportunity, and I’m grateful for the foundation that my time at Integrative Leadership Strategies provided. The skills I’ve learned here — collaborating with others, fostering trust, and leaning into teamwork— will continue to guide me as I engage with clients, partners, and the community around my business.
Transitions are never just endings; they’re also invitations to bring the best of the past into the future. As I embrace this new chapter, I do so with a heart full of gratitude for my colleagues, the lessons learned, and the chance to continue leading — just in a slightly different way.
Here’s to collaboration, curiosity, and the joy of sharing what you love with others, no matter where the path leads.
